How do I get married in the Cayman Islands?

The basic procedure is the following:

Go to the Deputy Chief Secretary's Office (345-949-7900) to obtain an application for a non-resident marriage licence. The application fee is $160 CI and is valid for 3 months.
Provide proof of citizenship, age, marital status (if previously married)
If you are here on vacation, provide a Cayman Islands immigration department card, otherwise, if you are on a cruise, provide international embarkation/disembarkation card.
Provide letter from person who will be officiating the wedding.

Unfortunately, in December 2010 we moved away from the Cayman Islands. We'd been there about 2 years and really loved living there. But, we decided it was time to move on.
