If you want to eat great food from world class-chefs in the Cayman Islands, you must come to the Annual Cayman Cookout. This is a weekend of fantastic food tasting at several venues on Grand Cayman. The Cookout is hosted by Eric Ripert and he will have several guest chefs hosting other tasting events on the island. Jennifer Carroll, a Top Chef finalist from Season 6, will present her winning dish. Anthony Bourdain (the most entertaining chef) will be on hand at the Periwinkle. This is 5-star cuisine and definitely not to be missed.
