About Us
This site is for those of you who are interested in learning about the Cayman Islands. Maybe you're planning a cruise and will only be here for a few hours. I'll help you find attractions that will give you a nice taste of Cayman. Perhaps you've planned a vacation for a few days. You'll probably want to spend a lot of time relaxing, and I can point out activities so that you can experience a nice slice of these islands.
On the other hand, maybe you're like my family and me. We moved here nearly 2 years ago, and we have been having the adventure of a lifetime. Nearly every weekend we have picked something to explore, climbed into the car, and taken off. Since we have seen so much of the island, it seemed natural to photograph and write about it. That's how Cayman Islands Explorer was born.

One day I was surfing the Internet when I stumbled across SiteSell. This seemed like a fun and interesting way to create a business in my free time and at my own pace. My main fear before I got started was that I didn't know anything about creating a website. The good news was that SBI took me by the hand and slowly walked me through the process. I learned how to select keywords, the importance of building content, and how to monetize.
Now, my website is coming along, but I still have a lot of work to do. I am focused on provided information that will help you when you visit these islands. I've recently added a News page so that you can follow local events or politics. I have also added a frequently asked questions page about Cayman. In addition, I added a page that allows you to ask your own questions. If you want to send a picture and story about your time here, I would love to post it on my site.
